The Business School of Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (PUCPR) is located in Curitiba, Paraná State, Brazil. The School has approximately 1400 students and 60 teachers. The School courses are Business and International Business, Economics, Marketing, and Accountability. Sustainability is a focal point in the PUCPR and Business School annual planning since 2015. Since 2021, the University publishes a Sustainability Report based in GRI standards. PUCPR is very focused on social aspects and has a strong presence in less privileged local communities. This chapter presents the results from the 295 student responses. The main focus of the university is on the economic dimension which is the most addressed, followed by the social one. The ranking of the competences shows that Interpersonal relations and collaboration, Anticipatory thinking, and Systems thinking were ranked the highest. The ranking of the pedagogical approaches resulted in Case studies and Project- or Problem-based learning being ranked the highest. The three competences most developed by pedagogical approaches were Assessment and evaluation, Strategic action, and Justice, responsibility, and ethics. The three pedagogical approaches that developed the most competences were Traditional ecological knowledge, Eco-justice and community, and Place-based environmental education. The results show that more insights into the implications of sustainability issues and how they are addressed could be considered in the different courses of the School. The results also present a snapshot of key pedagogical approaches that have been undertaken at School to develop sustainability competences.
