The intelligent scheduling of water resources in the Great Lakes is a complex and dynamic problem, involving cross-border management and multi-stakeholder interest balancing. Traditional methods are difficult to cope with the increasing scheduling demands and environmental changes. This study aims to develop an efficient and reliable intelligent scheduling system to optimize water resource allocation, balance ecological protection and economic development. By innovating algorithms and models, combining advanced computing technologies, we explore new ways to solve the complex water system management problems. The research results will provide strong support for water resource management in the Great Lakes region and serve as a reference for intelligent management of similar water systems.

摘要
