With the booming rise of global e-commerce platforms, the number of product images has surged at an unprecedented rate, which not only enriches consumers’ choices but also puts higher demands on the fast and accurate processing of product information. The automatic classification technology of product images, as an efficient bridge connecting products and consumers, is becoming increasingly important. In this context, object detection algorithms combined with deep learning (DL) technology have become a key means to solve this problem, and their powerful feature extraction and learning capabilities have brought revolutionary changes to the field of image recognition. This article innovatively proposes a DL based cross-border e-commerce intelligent image recognition and processing system. The system deeply integrates advanced DL models and achieves efficient and accurate classification and recognition of commodity images through learning and training of massive commodity images. The experimental results show that the system exhibits significant advantages in the accuracy, processing speed, and generalization ability of product image classification, effectively improving user experience, reducing operating costs, and providing strong technical support for the intelligent transformation of cross-border e-commerce industry.

Cross Border E-commerce Intelligent Image Recognition and Processing System Based on Deep Learning
