This paper examines the efficacy of stress triangulation, a comprehensive method that integrates psychological, biochemical, and physiological measures, in assessing human stress responses. By utilizing a combination of salivary cortisol, interleukin-6 (IL-6), skin conductance level (SCL), electrodermal activity (EDA), heart rate variability (HRV), blood pulse wave (BPw), and the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), this approach offers a nuanced perspective on individual stress levels. The synergy among these measures not only enhances the accuracy of stress assessments but also allows for the dynamic monitoring of stress responses through advancements in wearable sensor technology.
