Exploring Factors Affecting E-Government Services Adoption in Tourism Sector: Insights from Technology Acceptance and Success Frameworks
摘要
This review paper investigates the factors influencing the adoption of e-government services in the tourism sector and explores their implications for tourism growth. It synthesizes existing literature on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the DeLone & McLean Information Systems Success Model to examine key variables such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, user satisfaction, and service quality. Through a comprehensive analysis of relevant studies, the paper identifies critical factors affecting user acceptance of e-government services, with particular emphasis on the role of user-friendly interfaces, timely information, and high service quality in enhancing the tourist experience. The findings suggest that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are key determinants of user satisfaction, which, in turn, influences the intention to engage with e-government services. This review contributes to the existing body of knowledge by providing insights into the adoption of e-government services in the tourism sector and offers practical recommendations for policymakers and destination marketers to improve service effectiveness and foster sustainable growth in the industry.
