The purpose of this research is to examine how Gulf Air's Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices assist sustainable growth. It looks at major GHRM characteristics, such as green recruiting, training & development, performance assessment, pay, and energy saving. The study used a quantitative, descriptive, and analytical methodology, with 56 participants from different Gulf Air departments filling out a standardized questionnaire. Researchers used statistical analysis with SPSS to investigate the relationship between GHRM practices and sustainable development. Researchers utilized a methodical survey to gather information from 56 respondents, including managers, department heads, and workers. The research used a quantitative, descriptive, and analytical approach, concentrating on the five characteristics of GHRM. The researcher performed the reliability study using SPSS and tested the association between variables using ANOVA. The study found a substantial positive link between GHRM practices and sustainable development, with an F-value of 53.319 (p < 0.001). Green performance assessment had the best reliability (Cronbach's alpha = 0.858), although other GHRM categories also demonstrated reasonable reliability. These findings demonstrate that GHRM practices make a major contribution to Gulf Air's sustainability initiatives. The report finds that Gulf Air's GHRM practices are crucial to supporting sustainable growth. Implementing green recruiting, training, assessment, and reward processes improves organizational sustainability, employee engagement, and overall environmental performance, establishing Gulf Air as an important contributor to Bahrain's sustainability objectives.
