The current study looks at how well Gulf University’s HRIS procedures are taught using the Zoho system. Examining how well students are using the Zoho system in terms of task completion time, perceived workload, error frequency, skill mastery, and system usability is the goal of the study. This descriptive research study used a cross-sectional survey approach. The sample of 150 students for the study completed a survey. To analyze the collected data, SPSS 26 was utilized. The results demonstrated that users completed their tasks on Zoho effectively, with many doing them in less than one or two hours. The majority of respondents said that the burden was either very low or neutral, suggesting that Zoho did not place a high priority. Additionally, the majority of students considered Zoho to be simple to access and use, demonstrating the system’s high degree of usability. Overall, the results of this research indicate that using Zoho in educational settings may boost productivity, foster the development of skills, and enhance user experiences.
