The study investigated the impact of specific management strategies on employee grievances inside the Nigerian Ports Authority in Calabar, Nigeria. The study employed a survey research design. The data were collected from primary and secondary sources via questionnaires, as well as from the internet, journals, and textbooks. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software, specifically version 20. The hypotheses were tested using a basic linear regression approach. The study discovered that the implementation of a mediation strategy had a substantial and beneficial impact on the resolution of employees’ grievances inside the Nigerian Ports Authority in Calabar. Additional research has shown that the manner in which grievances are addressed has a notable and beneficial impact on the level of dedication exhibited by employees in the Nigerian Ports Authority, namely in Calabar. Furthermore, a study revealed that proficient communication has a substantial and favorable impact on diminishing employee problematic issues within the Nigerian Ports Authority in Calabar. The findings suggest that the management of Nigerian Ports Authority, Calabar should regularly utilize a mediation strategy to address employees’ grievances and conflicts. This approach promotes open communication between the parties involved, allowing for effective resolution of grievances. By involving a neutral third party, the disputing parties can negotiate and reach a mutually acceptable agreement that is generally agreeable to all parties. Additionally, it was advised that the management of Nigeria Ports Authority, Calabar should prioritize the dissemination of information within the organization and effectively communicate the procedures for resolving conflicts to employees. This will improve the transparency of the process and showcase the organization's dedication to addressing employee grievances impartially, while also demonstrating the management's capability to resolve such grievances peacefully.
