The use of artificial intelligence (AI) applications to increase the efficiency of management information systems such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) has recently emerged as an important area of research. The aim of this work is to identify the impact of Enterprise Resource Planning integration, particularly those based on artificial intelligence, on the supply chain through a literature review to show a new understanding of previous works. The results demonstrate that AI based ERP systems, by advancing the management of the various links, contribute to supply chain improvement. In this respect, the adoption of AI based ERPs facilitates the management of efficiency, flexibility and traceability of flows throughout the chain.

摘要
