India is rapidly developing technologies into agriculture sector supported by its innovative concepts and meticulously planned support networks. The AgriSure initiative launched by NABARD is one of these attempt that is designed to encourage AgriTech startups and boost rural enterprise. Hence, the study intends to understand the importance of this initiative and determine the effectiveness of it as an assistance for rural enterprise and AgriTech startups. The research uses secondary data which contains qualitative insights and quantitative data extracted from articles indexed in Scopus, government reports and related websites. In addition to that in order to figure out the initiative’s strength and limitations, a SWOC analysis was incorporated. The results demonstrate that AgriSure has a great opportunity for supporting as well as motivating rural businesses and AgriTech startups. Furthermore, AgriSure is expected to play an important role in enhancing sustainable agriculture practices through providing financial assistance, innovative benefits and technical support. The interventions sustainability and positive impact on the future growth of India's agriculture sectors are then discussed with the help of achievements of past agriculture schemes.
