Rapid growth of technology shifted the world’s outlook towards a modernized society. In this digital era, investors are adopting a new perspective to handle their portfolio using E-technological platforms. These adoptions are dependent on various psychological, emotional, and social factors and cognitive abilities of an investor. These changes are due to the result of neural flexibility. This paper is based on qualitative data using secondary sources. This conceptual paper reveals neuroplasticity influence over cognitive abilities of investors, which may tend to adopt tech-investment platforms for managing investment portfolios. Given the unique nature of investor’s abilities, cognitive strengths and weaknesses, and analytical thinking level, investors still hold on to conventional practices of investment despite the growth of digital investment platforms. This paper elaborates on the aspects of neuroplasticity that are critical for enhancing and hindering the adoption of digital investment applications. This paper is resourceful to novice investors and financial intuitions, which design investor-friendly digital platforms.
