The Mathematical Modeling for a Pressure Sensor Based on Sensor Real-Time Data Performance

Sensors are utilized in circumstances that demand precise and timely data for the objectives of surveillance and control to gather information from the surrounding environment. Response and data processing periods are crucial in such systems. The ongoing advancement of technology is propelling the transformation of healthcare. The Flexi Force sensors represent a paradigm shift in force measurement technology. Recognizing the necessity for a mathematical representation of sensors utilized in various medical applications, this study aims to analyze a mathematical equation about the sensor so that the mathematical representation of sensors can be implemented in other applications. A symmetrical sigmoidal equation has been identified to represent this sensor and it shows its activeness in terms of output measurement which shows a variation in the measured data by 5% from the real data. This variation is acceptable in terms of extracting the mathematical model despite this difference, whereas the overall representation is still accepted and suitable to be adopted as a mathematical model in all application.
