As an example of the application of AI and data science technologies to the field of performing arts, we first discuss the analysis of Edo Kouta through text mining. In this study, latent semantic indexing and cluster analysis were conducted on lyrics of Kouta written by Yaso Saijo and Rokou Hirayama to verify the possibility of extracting and classifying trends by lyricist. We are convinced that the application of AI and data science technologies to the field of performing arts has great potential, and we look forward to its further development in the future.
