The general idea of this research is to develop an alternative multifunctional composite doping of TiNi and NiAl intermetallic reinforced with fine ceramic powder (TiC) and Magnetic iron oxide (Fe3O4) used in the aeronautical and aerospace industry. This novel composite design were carried out with a special process in the Vacuum Arc Melting oven (6000 °F). This process give a strong chemical bonding diffusion. Microstructural evolution and Mechanical, physical chemistry properties of this composite were studied in detail. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) was used to examine Microstructural evolution.
