The concluding chapter examines the evolving dynamics between Africa and Europe, addressing challenges and opportunities within their relationship. It argues that, while Africa's economic role is expanding, particularly through initiatives like the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), its post-colonial economic structure remains dependent on primary commodity exports. The  co-editors of this collective volume hypothesize that cooperation in emerging sectors such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and education can significantly enhance socio-economic development. Furthermore, the text highlights the importance of a reformed multilateral system and strengthened diplomatic ties to address shared global issues like climate change, migration, and digital transitions. The chapter advocates for deeper, mutual learning and collaboration to overcome regional and geopolitical divides.
