Research on the Starting Control Technology of Ultra-Deep Shield Near Existing Line in Soft Soil Urban Area with Microconfined Water
摘要
Complex hydrogeological conditions of soft soil layer with microconfined water, high density of the subway network in central urban area, and various sensitive factors in the surrounding environment, which both cause the starting stage of the ultra-deep shield construction to be prone to surge of water and sand, and cause subsidence and collapse of the surrounding structures. Combined with previous engineering experience, a safe and reasonable shield start control technology is proposed through engineering tests and numerical simulation, that is using the combined control technology of end reinforcement measures and steel sleeve sealed initiation. Among them, the reinforcement measures at the end, by adopting vertical and horizontal large diameter MJS construction piles and enclosed interlocking piles. The engineering test results indicate that the construction piles can maximize the reinforcement effect by increasing water pressure, achieving tunnel strata reinforcement, cutting off groundwater, and reducing inflow; The steel sleeve used for sealed starting, cooperated with a reaction frame, and control of starting key parameters including soil pressure, thrust, cutterhead torque, advancing speed, cutterhead rotation speed, excavation volume, and synchronized grouting pressure, ultimately achieves efficient and safe initiation of the shield tunneling operation.
