Legal AI is not only a technological revolution that will transform the practice of the legal professions, it also affects the traditional epistemological view of legal science. This study aims to show the advantages of the Communicational Theory of Law for the explanation of the new legal reality that has arisen with the irruption of AI in the legal field.
