This investigation presents the results derived from the design and use of registry tables drawn up according to unified criteria on the preliminary phases of diagnosing cultural heritage, presenting the advantages, limitations and improvement margins obtained after the first application experiences. This project emerged from the need to find a useful operating method to be applied in conditions with limited resources and a large number of works or elements. The aim is to provide an objective approach to comprehension of the general and specific conservation state of said works, thus allowing users to prioritise and organise the diagnosis evaluations and specific analyses to be performed in upcoming phases, to facilitate the channelling of specific economic and technical resources, based on the potential derived from studies from the statistical science field and the contributions of the official glossaries generated for the field of conservation and restoration of cultural heritage. The strategy presented here is formulated for the creation of conservation risk indicators. The cases described, consisting of stone materials and mural paintings, constitute the first step towards the development and enhancement of the use of registry tables with unified criteria, offered as a basis for future implementation and improvement.

摘要
