Development of Educational Strategies for Preparing Students for the Challenges of Robotics

The relevance of the initiated research isstipulated by the rapid development of modern technologies, which leads to the growth of automation and robotization of various spheres of life. Robotics has a significant impact on the labor market, changing the requirements for workers and the need for new skills. Therefore, the identification of promising ways of developing educational strategies for preparing students for these challenges is extremely relevant. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze promising strategies in the field of education to prepare students for the challenges that arise in connection with the growth of automation and robotization of various sectors of the economy, in particular, the sphere of labor. The research is aimed at developing approaches to improve educational programs that allow students to develop the necessary skills and competencies for successful functioning in a changing market environment, adapting to the requirements of digital transformation. On the basis of the conducted theoretical analysis, the key aspects and needs arising in the educational environment in the connection with changes related to automation and robotics were determined. Recommendations have been developed for the improvement of educational programs and pedagogical approaches in order to effectively prepare students for the labor market in the conditions of digital transformation. The proposed recommendations are the basis for the further development of educational programs and will contribute to better training of students for the requirements of the labor market in the conditions of the digital economy.
