Digital technologies are increasingly influencing the economy. In this process, the qualifications of employees working with digital technologies become the main factor determining their successful and effective implementation. In the context of digital transformation, it is possible to increase the efficiency of using the labor potential of employees by taking into account their individual characteristics. One of these tools is a telescopic model of the employee's activity cycle, which considers any activity as a sequence of cyclic stages associated with the neurophysiological characteristics of a person. The research was aimed at developing a model of the activity cycle that can become a tool for optimizing the use of employees’ labor potential in the conditions of digital transformation of кккthe economy. When developing the model, a comprehensive methodological approach was used, including the collection and analysis of scientific sources on the research topic, methods of systematization, scientific abstraction, comparison, analogy, generalization and formalization. The developed model of the employee activity cycle has a significant potential for optimizing the workload of employees and increasing labor productivity at the stage of digital economy development. The combination of neurophysiological characteristics of employees with cyclic stages of activity (integration of several theoretical approaches) makes it possible to increase the efficiency of managing their workload and work behavior in general. Three levels of the model allow it to be adapted to a specific situation, quickly moving from one level of the model to another, taking into account the available capabilities.

摘要
