In the context of the need to achieve national development goals of the Russian Federation in the context of digital transformation, the development of the higher education system plays a significant role, providing the domestic economy with highly qualified personnel. The study determined that at present, the infrastructure of educational organizations is of significant importance, which is developing in the context of expanding interaction with various stakeholders, whose interests in the management of property complexes of universities must be taken into account. In this regard, the article presents the results of solving the urgent problem of developing new approaches and management tools aimed at assessing the state, level of development and effectiveness of the use of property complexes of educational organizations based on the interests of the main stakeholders. The study determined that in the context of digital transformation affecting all spheres of economic and social activities of the country, these approaches should be based on modern information technologies that can significantly improve the quality and efficiency of property management of educational organizations. The authors propose an approach to building an information system for managing the university's property complex, ensuring the systematization of both quantitative and qualitative information about property objects, and on this basis, a methodology for assessing the state and effectiveness of the use of the property complex in individual areas of activity and in general for the educational organization is presented. It is shown that digital transformation of the processes of managing property complexes of modern educational organizations significantly expands management capabilities, provided that their stakeholders are integrated into these processes.
