摘要
To impart the resilience and flexibility observed in biological systems—particularly immune systems—into artificial systems, we explored a degenerate designDegenerated design inspired by matching automata and the stable marriage problem. This exploration led to the fundamental question: Can artificial systems, especially information systems, achieve the resilience of flexible restructuring through the freedom afforded by degeneracy? A restricted version of this question can be answered affirmatively by introducing the concept of affinityAffinity, as suggested by biological systems.
