Sudden out-of-hospital cardiac arrest is a significant public health concern in Europe and within healthcare facilities, emphasizing the importance of effective resuscitation training. A methodological content validation study was conducted to validate a High-Fidelity Simulation (HFS) scenario script for cardiac emergencies. A multidisciplinary panel of experts evaluated the scenario script for content validity. The initial validation process highlighted areas for improvement in the scenario script. Based on expert feedback, significant modifications were made to enhance clinical accuracy, timing, and team dynamics within the scenario. Incorporating diverse expertise in scenario construction improves realism and enhances learning outcomes. However, the validation process proved time-consuming, highlighting the need for streamlined validation methods. Thorough content validation of HFS scenario scripts is essential for educational success in cardiac emergency training. Further research is needed to refine validation processes and ensure scenario effectiveness in improving learning outcomes.
