Observables in Tilted Cosmologies

Tilted cosmology is a cosmological model equipped with two family of observers. One of them follows the Hubble expansion, while the other is the observer moving relative to it with a finite peculiar velocity. This model has intriguing implications as recent studies suggest that observers inside a slightly contracting bulk flow can be misled to believe that their universe recently entered a phase of accelerated expansion. As interesting this results seem to be, how to connect the tilted cosmology theory with astronomical observations is still an unresolved question. In this paper I present a review of the possible observables that we can relate with tilted cosmology and, as a first approach, I estimate one parameter of interest for tilted cosmology from a peculiar velocity field reconstruction.
