In this chapter, the experimental control to obtain the maximum output voltage and the minimum input supplies in a real proton exchange membrane fuel cell is considered. The introduced technique employs a novel dynamic model that considers an outside resistor as other loss, and the experimental control which utilizes a novel law with an adaptive equation. The proposed dynamic model and control are validated by experiments and simulations.
