This study focuses on the reskilling strategy implemented by PT X, a fintech company registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK), to achieve workforce sustainability in the face of AI automation. This study aims to identify the challenges faced, the benefits of the reskilling program, and the managerial steps implemented by PT X in responding to the impact of AI automation. The research location is in Jakarta, Indonesia, with a population consisting of PT X employees. The sample was taken using purposive sampling, focusing on employees involved in the reskilling program. The data analysis technique used a mixed method through structured interviews and using the SEM-PLS method. The results of the study showed that employee resistance was the main challenge in implementing the reskilling program. However, this program has proven effective in improving skills and work efficiency. AI automation allows companies to adapt quickly, and management successfully implements the right strategies to overcome these challenges, thereby ensuring the sustainability of the workforce in the future.
