Human capital is now essential to Ukraine’s economic recovery and growth, emphasizing the importance of investment in education, vocational training, and workforce support to overcome challenges linked to war and migration. Therefore, the question of the importance of investing in education, professional training, psychological support, and adaptation of business processes to overcome the challenges associated with war and migration arises. Adapting to the evolving labor market demands is critical for the country’s successful resurgence. This article examines the Ukrainian labor market in 2024, which has undergone significant shifts due to the war and economic restructuring. It focuses on the challenges facing Ukraine’s human capital, particularly mass migration, shortages of qualified personnel, and structural changes in the labor market. Innovative models of human capital management are proposed to improve the efficiency of employees and enterprises. The purpose of the research is to develop innovative models and strategic measures for the post-war restoration of Ukraine’s human capital.
