The article examines the impact of digital transformation on business processes and its importance for the effective functioning of modern companies. A model of using digital tools, such as artificial intelligence and neural networks, has been formed to optimise business process management and increase productivity. The role of artificial intelligence in forecasting, risk management, and the automation of commercial operations was assessed, which contributed to increased revenues and improved customer satisfaction. An approach to analysing the elasticity of the digital transformation function was also developed, which allows for assessing the sensitivity of business processes to changes in strategic parameters and making effective management decisions in an unstable environment.
