Artificial Intelligence (AI) has quickly impacted several industries, including education. This study aimed to ascertain how interested, prepared, and attitude higher education institution (HEIs) faculty members were toward incorporating AI into their Teaching and learning. A sample of faculty members from Zamboanga Peninsula University were given a survey as part of a quantitative research design. Descriptive statistics and correlation analysis were the main tools used in data analysis to look at the correlations between variables. The results showed that faculty members’ interest in AI weighted 5.21, described as highly interested. The average weighted mean impacted AI readiness was 4.58, which is positive. This means that the Faculty in the HEIs have a positive attitude toward Artificial Intelligence in Education.
