OpenAI’s ChatGPT, a revolutionary conversational AI model, transformed digital marketing through enabling firms to communicate with consumers in unconventional methods, hence improving every element of customer experience. This study assesses the influence of ChatGPT on customer experience and its effect on overall satisfaction in digital marketing, particularly in the Somali context. Investigating the relationship between satisfaction and customer experience factors such as perceived personalization, relevance, accuracy, and convenience. 553 participants in the study collected electronic data regarding ChatGPT. The results suggested that in digital marketing, customer satisfaction is significantly influenced by convenience, accuracy, relevance, and personalized service. The study highlights the significance it is to define digital marketing strategies for the purpose to enhance important aspects of the ChatGPT customer experience. The research investigates the effects of perceived accuracy, convenience, customization, and relevance on customer satisfaction via the adoption of conversational artificial intelligence (AI) techniques such as ChatGPT. It discovered significant beneficial relationships but indicated the requirement for appropriate personalizing and relevance techniques. The study suggests future research and practical applications for improving customer experience strategies in digital marketing, particularly with AI-driven personalized relevance.
