With the rapid development of the internet and mobile technology, people are increasingly dedicating more time to learning. According to research, college students primarily obtain learning resources through various search engines. However, this trend has brought about issues such as time wastage and concerns over the authenticity of the materials. These problems not only affect the effective utilization of resources and increase development costs but also reduce the user experience. This study adopts a literature review and multidisciplinary research approach, analyzing existing literature from a multidisciplinary perspective, and has developed an Android-based learning resource sharing an application called Istudy. Istudy includes 11 functional modules: registration and login, homepage, categorization, messages, favorites, history, blogs, Q&A, resource sharing, follow and personal homepage. It uses the Android operating system, developed with Java/Kotlin, and employs the MVVM architecture. The overall system is a client-server architecture. The development of Istudy addresses key issues in learning resource management, enhances resource accessibility and utilization efficiency, facilitates the sharing of existing learning resources, improves resource utilization rates, alleviates the contradiction between resource demand and supply, meets the actual needs of modern college students, and may have a profound impact on future educational practices.
