Facelift: Management of the SMAS
摘要
Modern facelift surgery involves management of the deeper structures of the face. Variations in depth and extension of dissection and vectors of force have been described as appropriate and necessary based upon age, laxity of skin, and anatomical deficiencies. This chapter seeks to inform the readership of the surgical options for management of the SMAS in a structured and comparative manner for application based upon independent patient variables.
