Rhinoplasties: Management of the Bulbous Tip
摘要
Nasal tip is defined not only by the shape and size of the dome but also by the position and angulation of the lower lateral cartilage as it transitions from the medial crura to the lateral crura. A bulbous nasal tip can be improved by reducing the excess width of the lateral crura, improving the dome shape with various suture techniques with or without additional tip grafts, and by reducing the thickness of the skin envelope when indicated.
