As one of the most commonly performed cosmetic procedures worldwide, upper blepharoplasty is a versatile surgery utilized to treat myriad aesthetic and functional concerns. Upper blepharoplasty requires limited instrumentation with minimal surgical time and risk, making it an ideal in-office procedure to provide significant aesthetic improvement to the periorbital region. A comprehensive understanding of the anatomy of the periorbital region is key to achieving an excellent result, as is identifying the patient’s aesthetic goals. Complications, though rare, can be vision-threatening if not appropriately addressed. A case presentation and detailed discussion of the surgical technique are demonstrated.
