Potential risks associated with cryolipolysis in facial fat treatment are also discussed, including the possibility of damage to underlying structures and uneven fat reduction. Adequate training, experience, and adherence to proper treatment protocols are crucial to mitigate these risks. Additionally, alternative non-invasive treatment modalities, such as radiofrequency and ultrasound-based technologies, are briefly mentioned as potential alternatives to cryolipolysis for facial fat reduction. A comparison of these techniques highlights their respective advantages and limitations.
