Microscopic Approach to Helium II and \(\lambda \) Phase Transition
摘要
Superfluidity and quantized vortices arise in liquid Helium II from macroscopic coherent quantum phase transitionbehaviour of atoms of the system. This chapter provides some essential ideas on the microscopic quantum basis of superfluid helium in order to have some understanding of the basic physics underlying its amazing phenomenology. In this way, we briefly complement the macroscopic approach provided in this book with a glimpse of the microscopic basis. Besides this, we try to clarify the respective bases of the two-fluid and the one-fluid extended models used in this book, from the microscopic perspective.
