Our first three questions get at the heart of whether there is something serious to address and whether we think we can successfully address it. If the answers to these questions posed in the previous three chapters have been answered affirmatively then we have established that we are dealing with a serious issue, all alternatives have been considered, and we have reason to believe we can be successful with our choice. That leaves us with only one more question we would like to consider: will we be doing more harm with our approach than the harm being caused by the original issue.
