Cerebral Palsy (CP) often results in foot and ankle deformities, leading to gait impairments. This paper presents a novel wireless sensor for monitoring pronosupination imbalances in children with CP. The sensor utilizes a smart material biocompatible thread sewn into a garment, providing a lightweight and comfortable solution for continuous gait assessment. By recording and analyzing pronation and supination data, the system offers valuable quantitative insights for personalized rehabilitation strategies. The proposed device is economical, adaptable, and enhances patient mobility and comfort, demonstrating significant potential for improving CP management in clinical settings.
