In order to provide a favorable constructed environment that satisfies human demands today without jeopardizing the ability of future generations to satisfy their own, sustainable technology has evolved as a new paradigm. Furthermore, sustainable technology incorporates the ecological, social, and economic aspects that are representative of sustainable development. This study’s main goal is to investigate how organizational innovativeness, organizational culture, and government assistance affect sustainable technology among UAE workers in the technology sector. 470 surveys in all were given to these businesses. However, the analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)—Partial Least (PLS) technique involved 302 questionnaires in total. The study’s conclusions showed that organizational innovation and culture have a big impact on sustainable technology. However, it was found that there was not statistically significant relationship between government support and sustainable technology.
