Sustainable technology has emerged as a game-changing paradigm for creating a built environment that is conducive to meeting human needs today without endangering the ability of future generations to do the same. Furthermore, sustainable technology addresses the environmental, social, and economic aspects of sustainable development. The primary goal of this research is to ascertain how organizational innovativeness and culture affect sustainable technology among UAE workers in the technology sector. Additionally, it was looked at how government assistance functions as a modulator of the relationship between organizational innovation and culture and sustainable technology. There were 470 questions submitted to these companies in total. Nonetheless, the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)—Partial Least Squares (PLS) method was used to evaluate 302 surveys. The results of the study showed that organizational innovation and culture have a big impact on sustainable technology. Additionally, the research validated the moderating function of governmental backing in the association between sustainable technology and organizational culture. The hypothesis that government funding has a significant contingent influence on contractors’ innovativeness and culture regarding the adoption of sustainability in the execution of technological projects was generally supported by these data.
