The Relationship Between Administrative Empowerment and Job Satisfaction
摘要
This study investigates the connection between job satisfaction and administrative empowerment among workers in diverse organizational contexts. Giving staff autonomy and decision-making power within their responsibilities is known as administrative empowerment. One of the most important factors affecting worker motivation, output, and overall business success is job satisfaction. The theoretical framework examines the relationship between administrative empowerment and job satisfaction levels by drawing on theories of motivation and empowerment. Initial results point to a favorable relationship between work satisfaction and administrative empowerment. Improved empowerment levels are associated with improved job satisfaction among employees, who attribute this to increased motivation, autonomy, and a sense of control over their work products. Qualitative studies shed additional insight on the subtleties of this connection by emphasizing particular empowerment strategies and situational elements that influence workers’ differing degrees of job satisfaction. Effective empowerment techniques are critical for creating a positive work environment and raising employee happiness and engagement. Implications for organizational management and future research topics are explored. By presenting empirical evidence of the relationship between administrative empowerment and job happiness, this study adds to the body of literature already in existence. It also provides useful information for organizational leaders who want to maximize employee well-being and performance through empowerment programs.
