E-commerce companies in Jordan have been facing challenging marketing conditions and an increasingly competitive environment. Hence, this descriptive analytical research investigated the impact of Artificial Intelligence on E-marketing performance in Jordanian E-commerce companies, with digital marketing tools as a moderator. A conceptual model based on the extant literature was proposed. The model includes Artificial Intelligence dimensions (Deep learning, Chabot, Customization) as independent variables that effect E-marketing performance (Click Through rate, Impression rate, Conversion rate) as dependent variable. The moderating effect of Digital marketing tools to the relationship between AI and E-marketing performance was also examined. Questionnaire were distributed to 200 participant through Google forms, and nonprobability purposive sampling technique was used to select the respondent. Structural Equation Modeling SEM with PLS was used in data analysis and hypothesis testing, involving 200 responses. Results demonstrated a significant effect of AI on E-marketing performance. Moderating role of the digital marketing tools in the relationship between AI and E-marketing performance was also affirmed. This study could help Jordanian E-commerce websites and marketing agencies to optimally utilize AI applications to better e-marketing performance.
