The Comparison of Two Different 3D Printing Technologies for a Targeted Object
摘要
3D printing creates the design of an object for which the work is done using additive methods unlike traditional manufacturing methods. To do this, 3D printers create the object by adding layers upon layers until the object takes shape. There are many printing materials available, including filaments and mechanical glue. In addition to the right printing technology and the right materials, the parameters of the 3D printing process are also important for the quality of the model of the model of the right solution for additive manufacturing. Advantages and disadvantages are discussed from an objective perspective. The results indicate the quality of the SLS and FDM 3D printed samples separately. In this study, two different methods were tested in parallel. The quality tests were performed on printed units. The strength of 3D printed PA12 filament with SLS is about 1.5 times better than FDM printing of ABS.
