The Third Phase of the Design Science Cycle: Creation Phase
摘要
The aim of this step is the creation of one or more solution concepts, which will lead to a final artefact, to sufficiently solve the field problem. We describe six steps in this phase that have to be addressed. First, the design requirements have to be formulated. This is already done in the synthesis phase. Second, it has to be decided what the solution direction will be. Then, third, the design parameters can be defined. Fourth, alternative solution concepts are generated. Fifth, the solutions have to be documented and evaluated. In the end, sixth, a solution concept, the artefact, has to be chosen.
