Increasing sophisticated uses of GNSS observables have led to a new era in remote sensing. Geodesists, geophysicists, and surveyors have all established large GNSS networks. Nearly all of them have open data policies and encourage broad usage of their data. The vast majority of GNSS data users focus on positioning, although the timing and atmospheric communities also value data from GNSS networks.
