Introduction

The observation of the Higgs boson by the ATLAS [1] and CMS [2, 3] experiments at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), CERN, in 2012 marked a giant leap in mankind’s extensive efforts towards understanding the fundamental constituents of matter and the forces that act on them. This was, however, only the beginning of a new series of exciting searches in the field of experimental particle physics. Over the next decade, a tremendous volume of research went into understanding the properties of the particle, all of which has culminated in an improved understanding of the Higgs boson as well as its interactions with other fundamental particles.
