This descriptive study seeks to explore the extent of Bahrain’s information techno-crimes law and measure the guarantee level by analyzing the axes of the Information Techno-Crimes law. The results showed that Bahrain's keenness in this field was embodied in these legal texts. Through analyzing the legal protection it indicates that Bahraini legislator was capable read the developments since 2014 and creating legal strong frameworks despite the modernity of cybercrime practices.

摘要
