This study examines how a company's brand image is affected by its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, particularly how CSR initiatives affect consumer perceptions and brand loyalty. By conducting a thorough literature review and analysing case studies, the research highlights the significance of corporate social responsibility (CSR) to a company's ability to stand out in the marketplace and improve its reputation. The study was conducted in public limited companies. SPSS software was used for data analysis, One Sample T-test and regression The results indicate that while corporate social responsibility (CSR) can greatly improve brand image, industry-specific variables, philanthropic responsibilities, and ethical and economic obligations all have an impact on the success of these initiatives. The study also looks at the significance it is to communicating CSR initiatives in a way that affects customer loyalty and trust in brands. To maximise CSR's beneficial effects on brand image, the research highlights the significance of strategic alignment with corporate values and open communication. This provides insightful information for businesses looking to use CSR to build long-term brand success.
