This study is considered as a comprehensive analysis paper which it descript the long of the alignment of Bahraini legislations in dealing with newest technologies and showing its impact on public good and interest. By examining the reliable laws and regulations implemented in Bahrain, from this research side, this paper focuses on the congruence between Bahrain's legal framework and its liability to face different kind of advancements in emerging technologies Throw analyzing the related legislations from various sectors such as commercial, and the artificial intelligence, and all which related to Internet of Things. Based on the study findings, the protection of the public interest was clear and has taken the highest level of consideration, especially in learning about the development of emerging technology and its risk by efforts update to Bahraini legislations and being active in the technological virtual landscape, not to mention that among this development of the quality in our life Bahraini legislator has an open eye on the technological needs in organizing a protective framework for proving rights and granting freedoms in the judicial field.
