Technological advancements like machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) have revolutionized the world, and the healthcare industry is no exception. Kuwait is a perfect example of a country where fast and efficient response to emergencies can mean the difference between life and death; using a system based on machine learning would more than likely prove to be an invaluable asset to the country’s healthcare system. This research focuses on the design of a machine learning-based rapid emergency response application that will fit Kuwait’s Healthcare4.0 ecosystem. The proposed solution uses artificial intelligence (AI) to improve emergency call flows, identify equipment and patient needs, and allocate resources. Implementing these innovations is required to improve healthcare practice and management, meet new and emerging health-related needs, and prepare Kuwait's healthcare system for future healthcare requirements. Such a proposal presents the challenge of digitalizing healthcare and enhancing medical response through AI and ML, facilitating a significant transition towards a more data-driven and efficient healthcare system.
